Thanks guys, great service all round! Pete was quick and knew what would work best for us and with a great sense of humour! Office has been great too, dealing mainly with Sadie who has been fast and concise in emails. Quick turn around in order and delivery and finally Jonny got us all set up and fitted quickly which was done to a great standard we’re very happy with. An all round quick and great experience. Thanks guys.

We ordered a blind for our landing which arrived and was fitted promptly. We were very happy but then we got a phone call from Home style to say that the fitter had felt that the blind was not right as one of the ladders was twisted. They insisted on replacing the blind and did so very quickly even though we had not asked them to. This is the very best kind of customer service you could ever expect to receive! We are still very happy with our blind. Thank you so much for treating us so well.

Lovely helpful, knowledgeable staff, had just what we were looking for: made to measure full length curtains. Curtains arrived quickly and fitters came on time as they promised. Love the curtains so much and everyone comments on them. A fantastic service and I would highly recommend them.

Purchased two sets of large curtains 5 meters wide we paid 50% upfront which we were happy with. The curtains arrived and were hung, fabric is great but the fits is appalling they say don't sit properly and hardly cover the track. We said we wasn't happy and to get someone to contact us, no call until 2 weeks later when the manager Laura demanded the balance be paid. We were happy to pay but wanted the issue sorted, they were quiet persistent about the money and not interested in helping us with the curtains. We had to have an independent company come over to look at them. We then went back to home style and they agreed to come back and fix the issue. They came back made a small improvement but they are not great. They don't meet properly in the middle sag throughout and aren't gathered evenly. Shame as we paid a lot of money for them and I am really disappointed with the way they look and the customer service received. Again they rang and demanded there money which we paid. I will now have to get them remained by a professional or build a permit to hid the track and top of the curtains. Such a shame.

We have had four lots of blinds from Homestyle, including some vertical ones for large bi-fold doors. They all fit perfectly, and the customer service has been great. Highly recommended!!
